Based on our discussion we will create a proposal with drawings. Once you are happy with the final design we will submit our contract. When you have signed and paid the initial invoice you are engaged as our customer with an exclusive date of installation. We will work for you alone for the entire installation period, and will consult with you throughout to make sure you are perfectly happy.
