Discovery Conversation - we begin with a genuine dialogue, understanding your site, vision, guests and ambitions. No forms, no templates. Just an honest conversation about what you want to build and whether we are the right people to build it.
Concept Design & Visualisation - our design team develops the structural concept around your environment, brief and aesthetic direction - producing clear visualisations and schematic design that captures the form, proportion and character of your structure before any commitment is made.
Structural Engineering & Climate Specification - every structure is professionally engineered for its specific location, including wind, seismic, UV, humidity and coastal loading where relevant. Materials, fixings, thatch systems and foundations are all specified at this stage with full documentation.
Fabrication & Logistics Planning - we manage fabrication and international shipping with the same rigour we bring to design. Whether your project is on a remote island or an established resort, we plan delivery logistics with precision and communicate clearly throughout.
Installation & Build Delivery - depending on scope and location, we either install directly or supervise local build teams with full technical support. We don't disappear after shipping - we remain accountable through to practical completion.
Handover & Legacy Support, on completion, you receive full as-built documentation, maintenance guidance and ongoing support. Structures built to last require owners who understand them - we make sure you do.
